From the Publisher: A Fundraising Plea

When Daniel Elkin, Rob Clough, Ryan Carey, and I launched this magazine in 2020, we had expectations about what it would be and how it would do. What has come from the SOLRAD experiment has far surpassed those initial expectations. That’s something to be celebrated: we have published intelligent and powerful writing, published amazing comics, and promoted a diverse pool of authors and artists that we are thrilled to work with.

We’ve heard from a lot of you who have said that you follow SOLRAD for a variety of reasons; to check out new comics, to keep up with what’s new and coming out soon, and for hard-hitting, intelligent essays about comics you won’t find anywhere else.

We are asking for your financial support and partnership to keep this magazine up and running and in good health. Please, if you like what we do, support it. It means a lot, and means we can keep doing this long term.
