SOLRAD Presents: Diamonds of Toronto: Mimico Memorial Park

In the summer of 2022, as a guest of Koyama Provides, East set out to collect pedestrian home runs while circumnavigating over fifty public ballparks in Toronto. Diamonds of Toronto documents the everyday stories that revealed themselves during this cyclical folly.

East has been creating walking comics for nearly twenty years. He is yet to make good on his 2008 Ignatz Nomination for ‘Promising New Talent’. Some of his books are still in print and available at https://olivereast.art/prints, but you can also pick them up for cheap on eBay probably.
